Production process
1. Initial consultation
We confirm the target fish, fishing method, intended water depth, desired weight, and desired action. You can also consult us using reference images or hand-drawn ideas.
2. CAD design
Based on your requirements, we design the shape in CAD and create 3D data that can be used for mass production.
If you provide CAD data, there is no CAD design fee. However, if data corrections or adjustments for mass production are required, we will quote separately according to the work involved.
3. Prototype production
Before mass production, we create a prototype to confirm the shape, weight, center of gravity, posture, and other factors. After confirmation, we adjust the shape and balance as needed.
We also accept orders for prototype-only production. This can be used for shape confirmation and actual fishing tests.
4. Mold production and mass production
After the specifications are finalized, we produce molds for mass production. We confirm color, quantity, logo, painting, packaging, and other details before production.
Production costs and ordering conditions
- CAD design fee: from ¥30,000
- Prototype mold fee: from ¥15,000
- Prototype jig: from ¥800 each
- Mass production mold fee: from ¥45,000
- Minimum order quantity: 200 units total and up
- Quantity per color: 50 units per color and up
- Unit price: from ¥390 per unit (including packaging)
- Shipping: from USD 2.70 per kg
- Lead time: approximately 2.5 to 3 months
- Country of production: China

For multi-color production, we accept orders starting from a total of 200 units and at least 50 units per color.
Example: If produced in 4 colors
50 units × 4 colors = 200 units total
Costs vary depending on weight, shape, color, paint specifications, packaging contents, and more. A formal quote including prototype revisions, CAD data adjustments, shipping, and other items will be provided after confirming the specifications.
